Terms & Conditions — gt108 Platform Rules

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "gt108" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" / "our" — refers to gt108, the operator of the online betting and gaming platform accessible at https://gt108.bio and all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and applications.
• "Player" / "you" / "your" — refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the gt108 platform in any capacity.
• "Account" — the registered player account through which you access gt108 services, place wagers, and conduct financial transactions.
• "Services" — the full suite of products available on gt108, including but not limited to the sportsbook, live casino, slot games, fish shooting arcade, and Capsa Susun card games.

• "Rollover Requirement" / "Wagering Requirement" — the number of times bonus funds or a qualifying deposit must be wagered before a withdrawal can be processed.

By registering an account with gt108, you represent and warrant that:

gt108 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility — including government-issued identification, proof of address, and source-of-funds documentation — at any point during a player's account lifecycle. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by gt108 may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) active account on the gt108 platform at any time. The registration of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.

During the registration process, you will be required to provide at minimum: a valid username, a secure password, a working email address, your full legal name, your date of birth, your Indonesian mobile phone number, and your preferred payment method. All fields are mandatory unless expressly marked optional.

gt108 employs an OTP (one-time password) verification step during registration to confirm mobile number ownership. You are responsible for maintaining exclusive access to the mobile number registered to your account. gt108 is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from a player's failure to secure their registered contact details.

Account registration is free of charge. gt108 does not charge any setup fee, verification fee, or membership fee. If you are ever asked to pay a fee to register or verify your account through a channel claiming to represent gt108, treat this as a fraudulent communication and contact gt108 support immediately via the official live chat on this website.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your gt108 login credentials, including your username, password, and any OTP codes issued to your registered mobile number. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password not used on any other platform and update it regularly.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where offered by gt108.
• Log out of your account upon conclusion of each session, particularly on shared or public devices.
• Notify gt108 support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to or use of your account.
• Never share your login credentials with any third party, including gt108 support staff — gt108 representatives will never ask for your password.

gt108 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations. Where unauthorized access results from your own negligence in safeguarding credentials, gt108 reserves the right to decline responsibility for any resulting financial loss.

All financial transactions on gt108 are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The following local payment channels are supported: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. gt108 does not accept cryptocurrency, foreign currency wire transfers, or third-party payment processors not listed above.

Deposits: Funds credited via bank transfer are typically reflected in your account within 5 minutes of confirmed receipt. E-wallet deposits via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja are generally instant. Minimum deposit amounts vary by channel and are displayed within the cashier section of your account. gt108 does not charge deposit fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed by the gt108 finance team during operational hours (07:00–23:00 WIB, Western Indonesia Time, UTC+7). Standard processing time is 15 minutes to 3 hours following approval. Withdrawals are credited exclusively to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, unless otherwise approved by the gt108 compliance team following a verified KYC review. gt108 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

Withdrawal Conditions:

General bonus conditions applicable to all gt108 promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonus offers are available to eligible players only. gt108 may exclude certain player segments from specific promotions at its discretion.
• Each promotion may be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the timeframe specified for each bonus. Bonus funds and any associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiry.
• Wagers placed using bonus funds on games excluded from rollover contribution do not count toward wagering requirements. Eligible games and contribution percentages are listed in each promotion's specific terms.
• gt108 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Players who have already claimed a promotion and commenced rollover activity will be given reasonable opportunity to complete those requirements.
• Any attempt to exploit, abuse, or circumvent bonus terms — including through the use of multiple accounts, collusion, arbitrage betting, or any other strategy determined by gt108 to constitute abuse — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account suspension.

All bets placed on the gt108 sportsbook and casino products are governed by the specific rules applicable to each product category. By placing a wager, you confirm that you understand the rules of the relevant market or game and accept the outcome as final once the event or game round is settled.

• Sportsbook: Bets are settled in accordance with official results from the relevant governing body (e.g., FIFA, PSSI, BWF, IESF). In the case of postponed or abandoned fixtures, gt108's standard void and postponement rules apply as detailed in the sportsbook rules section of the platform.
• Live In-Play Betting: Odds on live markets are updated in real time. gt108 accepts no responsibility for delays in odds transmission due to internet connectivity issues on the player's side. Bets accepted at clearly erroneous odds due to a technical error may be voided at gt108's discretion.
• Casino & Slots: All casino games use certified random number generator (RNG) technology. Decisions made by the RNG are final. In the event of a game malfunction, the affected round will be voided and stakes returned to the player's balance.
• Maximum Winnings: gt108 reserves the right to apply maximum payout caps to individual bets or accumulator combinations. Maximum payout limits are displayed within each relevant product area and may be updated periodically.

Minimum and maximum stake limits are applied at the market and game level. These limits are displayed before a wager is confirmed and may vary based on account status, event type, and real-time risk exposure. gt108 reserves the right to adjust limits for individual accounts without prior notice.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the gt108 platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to the relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or any KYC process.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to place bets, exploit promotions, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or any activity that corrupts the integrity of sporting events offered on the sportsbook.
• Colluding with other players in casino games, particularly poker and card games, to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the platform in connection with any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the gt108 platform solely for your personal entertainment and in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This license does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise exploit any platform content without the prior written consent of gt108.

Game titles, studio names, and associated assets — including those from Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft — remain the intellectual property of their respective owners and are used by gt108 under commercial license agreements.

Your use of the gt108 platform is also governed by the gt108 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive losses arising from your use of the platform, even if gt108 has been advised of the possibility of such losses.
• Service interruptions, platform downtime, or technical failures caused by factors outside gt108's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet service outages, third-party server failures, cyberattacks, natural disasters, and force majeure events.
• Losses resulting from your reliance on information, odds, or data displayed on the platform that contained errors not attributable to gross negligence by gt108.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security practices as described in Clause 4.
• Any delay in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing attributable to your bank, e-wallet provider, or payment network rather than to gt108's internal processes.

In no event shall gt108's aggregate liability to any player for all claims arising from a single incident or series of related incidents exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the incident giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law and does not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.

gt108 does not warrant that the platform will be free from errors, viruses, or other harmful components. It is your responsibility to ensure that the devices and software you use to access gt108 are adequately protected.

gt108 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, including but not limited to payment fraud, identity fraud, and bonus abuse.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe following a request.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period exceeding 12 months (dormant account policy — see below).
• Receipt of a voluntary self-exclusion request from the player under the gt108 Responsible Gaming policy.
• Regulatory instruction or legal obligation requiring gt108 to cease service to the player.

Dormant Account Policy: An account that has had no login activity for 12 consecutive months is classified as dormant. gt108 will attempt to notify the player via their registered email address prior to applying any dormancy-related measures. Real-money balances in dormant accounts are held for a period of 36 months from the date of last activity, after which gt108 reserves the right to close the account and donate the balance to a responsible gaming charity of its choice, subject to applicable legal requirements.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their accounts may do so at any time by submitting a written request to gt108 support. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be returned via the player's registered withdrawal method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with them — whether contractual, tortious, statutory, or otherwise — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which gt108 holds its operating license.

gt108 operates as a licensed and regulated international gaming platform. While the platform primarily serves Indonesian players, access to and use of the platform is the player's sole responsibility with respect to local laws. gt108 makes no representation that accessing the platform is lawful in any particular jurisdiction. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of gt108 complies with all laws and regulations applicable to them in their jurisdiction of residence.

Any dispute between a player and gt108 that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation via the support channels described in Clause 14 shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of an internationally recognized arbitration institution, as determined by gt108. The language of arbitration shall be English. The arbitration award shall be final and binding on both parties.
